Our CNC machining tolerances and standards:

  • Tolerance: minimum +0.1 mm/-0.1 mm (+0.004 inch/-0.004 inch) for most geometries in metal, plastic, composite. Can reach +0.02 mm/-0.02 mm (+0.0008 inch/-0.0008 inch) for certain geometries

  • Maximum part size: 500 Ñ… 400 мм (19.7 inch x 15.7 inch)

  • Minimum feature size: 0.50 mm (0.02 inch) but will depend up on part geometry and chosen material.

  • The standard finish is "as machined": minimum 125 Ra. Surface finish roughness can be decreased per customer request.

  • Finished parts will be free of defects and sharp edges will be broken and deburred

  • We can machine any thread size.

  • All surface treatments (polishing, anodizing, powder coat, heat treatment, etc.) have an additional charge and must be specified when requesting a quote.

CNC MACHINING

Welcome to our CNC machining services! Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with advanced 3-axis, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines, lathes, and routers, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project. Our skilled operators utilize customervided CAD designs to program the machines, allowing us to create complex parts with high accuracy while minimizing human error. Experience the benefits of CNC machining, including faster production times, a wide range of material capabilities, and competitive—all while maintaining safety and uniformity in your designs.

GRINDING

Grinding is an essential process in metalworking, utilized to shape, finish, and refine workpieces. Common applications include edge sharpening and deburring, ensuring precision and quality in the final product. The most widely used grinding techniques are surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, internal grinding, and centerless grinding, each serving specific purposes in the manufacturing process. Grinding can enhance the overall shape and finish of custom metal parts.

ADDITIONAL TREATMENT

Enhance the performance and appearance of your CNC-machined parts with our range of additional treatments. specialize in heat treatments such as hardening, tempering, quenching, and carburizing, as well as surface treatments including anodizing and powder coating. These processes improve surface roughness, cosmetic appeal, and wear resistance, your parts stand and last longer. Trust us to elevate the of your components with our expert treatments.

CNC MILLING

CNC Milling is a type of CNC machining that shapes and finishes parts using advanced milling cutters, capable of processing materials with hardness. We offer 3, 4, and5-axis milling options, each differing in the complexity of motion between the workpiece and cutting tool. While 3-axis milling is ideal for fixed workpieces with movements along the X, Y, and Z axes, 4-axis milling introduces rotation of the workpiece for added. In 5-axis milling, two of the three axes (A and C) are utilized, allowing for intricate geometries and more complex designs.

GEAR HOBBING

Gear hobbing is a highly efficient process used to create gear teeth with precision using a helical cutting tool known as a hob. This technique not only ensures a smoother tooth profile, which helps minimize noise during operation, but it also allows for the rapid production of various gear types, including sprockets, spur gears, helical gears, and more. With gear hobbing, manufacturers can achieve versatility and speed, making it a preferred choice in the gear manufacturing industry.
